College Education


I’m going to college! The United Angels Foundation is at the beginning stages of working with universities through out Utah to have programs that will allow individuals with special needs to gain a college education.  A few programs have already been started: Utah State has their Aggies Elevated program and Utah Valley University has help for individuals with Autism, however UAF has a bigger vision in mind where inclusive higher education options for people with intellectual disabilities is a more readily available option. Parent Directed Reading Instruction for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities    For many years, the most common way of teaching reading skills to individuals with significant disabilities was to teach memorizing sight words. Family Fall Festival


The cooler weather is coming and that means fall is almost here! Jump start your fall season and join us October 2nd at Hee Haw Farms in Pleasant Grove for our Fall Festival! Come join the gang for a night of pumpkins, train rides, animals, slides, pig chase, hayrides and more! Enjoy hot chocolate and donuts on us. The festivities begin at 5:00pm and goes until close. Ride to New Heights Bike Camp Registration Open

2017 Ride 2 New Heights bike camp will partner with iCan Bike to provide training and equipment that has proven effective in teaching children with special needs to ride bicycles. iCan Bike began in 2007 and has successfully taught nearly 20,000 people with disabilities to ride a conventional two-wheel bicycle.
